Follow a low fat, high fibre diet, say no to ghee, oil, sugars- it means minimal consumption of chocolates, cakes, fried foods; but you could gorge on fibrous foods like oats, bran, vegetables salads, fruits with peels, sprouts- these help in reducing cholesterol, toxins and even kilos.
Water is the elixir of life, by drinking a lot of water the body toxins are flushed out. Water aids in normal functioning of most systems in our body. Drink at least two to three litres all through the day.
A sensible diet and exercise can help you get rid of excess fat, but the stubborn fats can be removed by Liposuction surgery. The excess fat can be removed and your body regains the shape.
Exercises like walking, jogging, cycling, climbing the stairs, aerobic exercises, using the skipping rope or tennis, swimming can help a lot in reducing body weight. Physical activity not only helps in weight loss, but will also make you stress free, increase your muscle power, lung and heart efficiency and curb mood swings.
